Masterskya student, Gutyerre, has opened a Brazilian BBQ restaurant in East Harlem.

Gutyerre trained together with Alex and Van many years ago, and has been working extremely hard and recently opened La Paladar.

Juan, who lives close to the restaurant and makes daily trips to Bushwick and Downtown (picking up several students along the way!), stopped by the restaurant one day to eat and as fate would have it found out that Gutyerre used to train.

After some convincing, Gutyerre now takes weekly trips with Juan to train.

A few of our students (including myself) have gone to the restaurant and it is incredible. The food is not only delicious, but the service and atmosphere is top notch. They also have options for non meat eaters to enjoy.
