Training Policies:
Our academy is open to all students. Before joining, we ask you the following:
● Schedule a visit with us via email/Introkit — masterskyajiujitsu@gmail.com / If it is your first time visiting us, you must schedule it prior.
● Bring a pair of flip flops to wear off of the mats. If you are taking a shower, please bring your own towel as well.
● Respect the instructor(s) authority and trust their guidance in regards to safety.
● Respect your training partners with proper attitude, coming in a clean uniform*, proper hygiene and understanding that training is NOT competition.
● Respect yourself by acting in honorable way and leaving any ill will at the door.
*(if you can’t afford a gi, a clean t-shirt and clean shorts are welcome. We have donated uniforms available for those who need one.)

Membership Policies:
● We do not have start up fees, cancellation fees or contracts. Those on monthly memberships may pause or cancel their memberships at any time. Please do so at least a day or two before your billing date.
● Our Monthly memberships are auto recurring. We are unable to change your billing date, but can pause a billing cycle. After a pause is complete, memberships are automatically re-started.
● All membership requests should be done through email – Masterskyajiujitsu@gmail.com
● All students on memberships are grandfathered into their prices. If there is a cancellation and the membership is started less than 3 months of the cancellation, we will honor the previous price (in case there is an increase)
● In most cases, we are unable to process refunds, however we will offer credits to accounts as needed.
